- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free of any damage.
The item must be in its original packaging with any included tags or labels.
You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-printed books
Items purchased on final sale or marked “non-refundable”
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Note: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Partial Refunds

Items returned after the eligible return period
Items missing parts or packaging not due to our error
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a book for the same item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. - Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, as applicable. - International Returns
